In other words, despite damaging the EA's reputation and financial reports, the publisher remains committed to making Star Wars Battlefront 2 the game fans always envisioned. If we had to guess, we’d imagine Season 2 will likely be starting or partially underway by the time Jetpack Cargo debuts in February. As for Season 2, no substantial information was provided beyond the fact that it’s coming “soon.” That vague timeframe has been visible in-game for quite some time.
The mode, called Jetpack Cargo, is a limited-time affair in which two teams of eight are outfitted with jetpacks that offer extra mobility. In addition to those critical changes, Battlefront 2 will also be infused with new content in the form of a new mode and new season of heroes.
